2. What did they do?

This user spammed links to an IP logger and RAT that they control. While this would have been a pretty major offense in itself, further investigation by third parties revealed several additional criminal offenses (each of them qualifying for long term bans individually) that warrant the harsh sanction suggested in this request, including (but not limited to):

• Running a Discord empire that facilitates cybercrime (namely, hacking)
• Extorting victims of IP-logging into joining the empire or else they would be DDOSed
• Maintaining a RAT that has access to several infected computers
• Being a member of a Discord server that facilitates the sale of child pornography (evidence will not be provided for this)
• Distributing Tor links that host child pornography

I have already reported this user to the FBI.

3. What indefinitely bannable offense does this fall under according to the guidance for sanctions?

Lucas's illegal activities have come back to haunt him. It was brought to my attention that his empire was completely crushed by Discord this morning. Every member of that server had their account terminated for hacking and other sorts of fraud. He probably didn't expect to get curbstomped like that, but it doesn't matter because that's exactly what happened.

He never should have come here, and doing so was his fatal mistake.

Evidence of spreading child pornography

If you google "Nikeisfake0" (one of the identities he has online), you will find a thread on a forum called "We Are Devs". This disgusting animal was legitimately providing access to sites with child pornography before getting exposed by someone else. For your sanity's sake, I've properly censored all sensitive material. The images were already censored, albeit poorly.

He ended up replying to the thread, not addressing the elephant in the room of why the fuck he was spreading literal child pornography and instead ominously saying "Nobody can stop me, I will always come back".
