I think maybe some devs could remaster it with stuff like dark mode & more command buttons
Currently it looks like this:

Huh neat
This was already done by Seth a long time ago: https://github.com/TotalFreedomMC/ZeroTelnetClient
↩ Telesphoreo does it have a dark mode?
also why tf does it change the order of the tab on the right every time i click one who designed that lmfao
edit: nvm im dumb
Even ZeroTelnetClient needs a rework. It has some unsupported legacy features. One thing that stands out is, the command buttons have no logical order and the dangerous ones are nicely mixed with the harmless ones.
tbh, just use the telnet command.
↩ Telesphoreo this is the better version https://github.com/Cactero/CactusTelnetClient
Also yes zerotelnetclient does have darkmode. And it can set new buttons and shit
This version allows you to change font sizes and stuff so that the thing isn't fucking unreadable with a larger window size, few bug fixes, guild chat ignore, and some more things
An option for seniors to doom people would be a nice addition.
With how simplistic TFM commands are (once you memorize the crazy naming) I think GUI Telnet clients are useless. They're just macros with little to no available configuration. I don't think typing "adminmode on" and "adminmode off" should be put into buttons, but maybe that's just me. Also, the thing with telnet clients is that they're not compatible with older/newer TFM builds if they change the name/syntax of a command to something different. It's much better to just use telnet server:25565 and use AutoHotkey or something to type commands automatically. I think rewriting FreedomTelnetClient is a waste of time & should only ever be considered to be done if you really, really can't live without a GUI with nice little buttons for running commands on players.
I'd like to point out I prefer using custom clients instead of Windows's built-in one for at least 3 reasons:
Found a good alternative to FreedomTelnetClient.
Done, but there's a looming memory leak that I can't seem to figure out the cause of.
