At the moment there is a line in the ownership policy which is as follows:
QuoteIn scenarios 2 and 3, a unanimous vote to remove the owner will need to be collected from the Executive Admin Officer, Security Officer, and Forum Owner/Manager.
In reality this is not really an ideal case, for many reasons. 1 these roles may / may not exist at the time of invocation (As we discovered last time where Seth (and now I) was technically the forum owner / manager) and also because it excludes a number of executives who ultimately should be in a position to have an opinion.
My proposal is to re-word it to the following
QuoteIn scenarios 2 and 3, a unanimous vote to remove the owner will need to be collected from all current full status (Not assistants / similar) executive admins on the server. Executive admin's are defined as per the Executive admin policy found here - https://forum.totalfreedom.me/d/6-executive-policy/
Feels like a sane and minor change to me, but obviously as the owner I'd rather not go changing the policy that can have me removed in case people strongly disagree with this.
