Ownership Policy Suggestions - Update Executive Part

At the moment there is a line in the ownership policy which is as follows:

In scenarios 2 and 3, a unanimous vote to remove the owner will need to be collected from the Executive Admin Officer, Security Officer, and Forum Owner/Manager.

In reality this is not really an ideal case, for many reasons. 1 these roles may / may not exist at the time of invocation (As we discovered last time where Seth (and now I) was technically the forum owner / manager) and also because it excludes a number of executives who ultimately should be in a position to have an opinion.

My proposal is to re-word it to the following

In scenarios 2 and 3, a unanimous vote to remove the owner will need to be collected from all current full status (Not assistants / similar) executive admins on the server. Executive admin's are defined as per the Executive admin policy found here - https://forum.totalfreedom.me/d/6-executive-policy/

Feels like a sane and minor change to me, but obviously as the owner I'd rather not go changing the policy that can have me removed in case people strongly disagree with this.

@StevenNL2000#3465 Yeah, I think the "Spirit" of the policy is that it should be a decision made by all the executives at the time so hopefully this better portrays that. Though I'm certainly open to peoples thoughts if they don't feel that's the case.

Given nobody seems to be objecting. I'm going to approve this and make the change as appropriate.
