I owe the community both an explanation and an apology before I even think about putting my hat in the ring to reinstate.
To my former assistants (DarthZonarious, Fionn), Steven, and the senior administration I let down 2 years ago, I apologize for the deceit and blatant dishonesty I brought upon my positions of EAM and Senior Admin.
Why I was removed from my rank:
I was voted-off from the role of EAM (Executive Ad-Manager) after my claims of being able to invest $600 in TF came out to be blatantly false. My activity claims (which I believe were 4 hours a day) were false, along with a final week or two long spurts of blatant falsification of my activity in posts about what I was doing in the EAM position.
In reality, I gave all of the work of EAM to my assistant, DarthZonarious, and sat around creating nonsensical conspiracies with Seth about how Wilee and Ryan were plotting to take over the server. I stoked an invisible fire, picked fights in my free time, and did not (in any regard) live up to my expectation of being a leader in this community as both a senior administrator and executive.
To Steven:
As a player who has been with Total Freedom since 2013, I thought I was old. You embody a leader in our community. Your consistency to follow and create protocols that stand the test of time were blatantly pissed on with my lies and deceit about top-level management 2 years ago. I disgraced the work you did and have done for the last 9 years in this community, and for what? I am asking for forgiveness, I promise you, I will do better. I have the drive in me, it’s what lead me to my senior positions in the first place.
To my assistants, Darth and Fionn:
I set a terrible example of what an executive should behave as. I took everything for granted. Fionn, seeing you become the EAO worried me, as I feared I had set a terrible blueprint for you to copy. Thank goodness you didn’t (though you are permbanned for other reasons unbeknownst to me)
To AshazTGA:
I am thrilled you are now an administrator, you and I knew it was a long-time coming. I believed in you, gave you valuable advice, but unfortunately, I never came full circle and led by example. For that, I apologize. You are now an administrator (and quite a fine one), you already know how proud I am of you.
And finally, to the community:
2-3 years later, and the dramatic exit scandal I fabricated was merely that–a fabrication.
The mysterious messages I posted were all to distract attention from my ongoing vote-off.
So why am I writing this after almost 3 years?
I want to come back, and I want to stay back, stronger than ever. I want to start my 9th year here just the way I started–professional, respectful, and honest. Please forgive my past action–inaction–I want to grow with this community.
