I vouch butit's the admin's responsibility to run /? on the command first regardless if this is added or not.Object

That command has been around for years... Really shouldn't be used often and admins should know better...
-
I think Miwo's comment fits this thread just as well as your previous one:
Quote@Miwojedk#15457 If an Admin is griefing via a feature, then I don't think we should point the blame at said feature.

@wild1145#15555
@StevenNL2000#15557I agree with both your responses, however, a little warning that says "This will affect ALL players, are you sure you want to continue?" can't do any harm and can prevent such situations
-
@Folfy_Blue#15563 For me this will just be really annoying and to create yet another toggle to switch off the warnings would add to that. I don't want it saying 'Run /freeze confirm' everytime I need to freeze everyone, especially when it can be at dangerous times such as a server crash imminent.

@Ashaz#15564 this.
Its up to the admin to know how to use all of their commands, if they don't know that a command effects all players, that's on them. the resources are available for any admin to know how to use any admin command. we shouldn't have to make a warning message just because some people are being dumb and don't know how to use their tools properly

/ro can be restricted to a player if you specified the player - /ro
[player] - if you don’t specify the player then it will be global. -
Another classic situation where an issue affects someone once and suddenly it needs a suggestion. This is human error - no need for changes. Object.

Better knowledge of harmful commands should be known before use of the command at all.
-
@Fleek#15596 How about making the default option not be to apply to everyone but just the executer, and instead having to specify * for it to affect everyone
-
@Folfy_Blue#15625 It does not need to be changed. It really comes down to common sense.
-
Admins should know not to do stupid things... You can put a player name in /ro's to remove them around a specific player. You can put your name in it and it will only remove it in a radius relative to you.

he shouldn’t have used that in the first place

Denied.
If an admin is being reckless enough to blindly run random commands, that's something that needs to be taken up with the EAO and the admin removed / re-trained...
