There was one. To answer your question, indefinite ban requests are admin only and we have to be familiar with the rules before becoming an admin.
What's more, many indefinite ban requests are formalities, consisting of players blatantly trying to crash the server, or players who have griefed many times. For the more subjective ones, admins usually discuss whether or not it's a good idea to post them in the respective channels before posting them.

Bet watch me get indef banned and not get my appeal accepted

On the current forum, only 2 have been technically denied. I say "technically" because this one was filed by an OP for what probably wasn't a cat 1 offence.

wat about livi's one? that got denied

↩ ThePyroManActualAccount I see he was mentioned in Kokke's IBR but Steven approved the original request, probably for lack of evidence.

↩ RandomCommentator indef requests are generally denied due to a lack of evidence, but when admins file the request, they obviously go out of their way to get sufficent evidence, make sure the offence is bannable and the cases are always attempts to harm the server or players, which is why there is a lack of denials.

only admins can file indef requests so it makes sense that they are generally more accepted than other user requests

↩ RandomCommentator resending my post since you didn't seem to read past the first sentence.
