    Note: I am filing this request as if it was an indefinite ban request, however I would like to stress that the goal with this request is not to indefinitely ban him, but to unappealably ban him.

    2. What did they do?

    In addition to being responsible for his attacks against the server, it has come to light that F_x is very likely a nonce. On a public server outside of TF, after a link to a website containing child pornography was posted to his server, instead of banning and reporting the user he pinged them asking for "access to more on the site". This kind of degeneracy is abhorrently disgusting, and I am currently in the process of filing a federal report against him.

    3. What indefinitely bannable offense does this fall under according to the guidance for sanctions?

    German laws regarding possession of child pornography from the Federal Ministry of Justice:

    Quote from the German Criminal Code (Section 184b)

    (3) Whoever undertakes to procure child pornographic material which reproduces actual or realistic acts, or whoever possesses such material incurs a penalty of imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or a fine.

    Quote from the German Criminal Code (Section 184d)

    (2) Whoever undertakes to access child pornography via telemedia also incurs a penalty under section 184b (3). Whoever undertakes to access youth pornography via telemedia also incurs a penalty under section 184c (3); section 184c (4) applies accordingly. Section 184b (5) and (6) sentence 1 applies accordingly.

    Alco is my witness - he has been keeping tabs on F_x and his group's activities for quite some time now.


    5. Are they known under any other names or IPs, and if so, are they currently (indefinitely) banned under those names and IPs?

    According to intel provided by gamingto12, yes. I have additionally added who I can confirm are F_x to this request.
