I would like to stress the importance of the IP address part of Ryan's update. While IP addresses are public information, there's a lot you can do with them. Where possible, get your IP address changed. If you are curious to know if you're affected by this, contact me via DMs on Discord (Video#9801).

I can't really find any time to get my IP address changed. I guess im gonna note down my IP, shut my modem down for the night, sleep, and then the next day restart the modem, and check if the IP is the same.
Plus, why do I even need to change IP Addresses? I update windows practically everyday, and even then, I use Artix Linux OpenRC as my main operating system, that is also updated daily, and also I've set up an endlessh trap as the cherry on top.

@iVacon#18490 You do not need to change your IP address, it is just a precaution some people like to take. For example, you generally cannot protect yourself from DDoS attacks on residential ISPs.
