It was December 9, 2022, and Alco_Rs11, better known as Alco, was feeling the pressure. As the Executive Ban Manager for the TotalFreedom Minecraft server, it was his job to handle the presence of members on the server. Today was a special day, as it marked the end of the ban period for a number of players who had been banned in the past. These players were now eligible to rejoin the server, and the decision of whether to allow them back in was up to Alco. As the day went on, Alco received more and more messages from the banned players, asking if they would be unbanned. He knew that this was a big moment for them, and he wanted to make the right decision. Throughout the day, Alco spent a lot of time thinking about the potential consequences of his decision. He weighed the pros and cons, and considered the potential impact on the server and its community. Finally, as the clock struck midnight and December 10th arrived, Alco made his decision. He began to unbanned the players one by one, taking care to make sure that each player was ready to return to the server. Some of the players were overjoyed at being allowed to return, while others were more cautious and wary. But regardless of their reactions, Alco knew that he had made the best decision for the server and its community. As the night came to a close, Alco sat back in his chair, feeling a sense of relief and accomplishment. He had successfully managed the unbanning process, and the TotalFreedom server was stronger because of it. And he knew that he could continue to rely on the support of the community as he continued to make difficult decisions in the future.

Object - player was banned earlier this morning for inappropriate and sexual remarks. As well as this, they constantly present their immaturity and so far I have seen a lack in judgement from them.

From the perspective of an admin, at this moment in time there are very few admins (I believe 3 out of 8 ) who can actually apply for senior if recommended. As a result, we cannot meet the demand for seniors as quickly (there are not enough nowadays) and so things like the 2 week process add extra time for no reason whatsoever.

edit: my vouch is only for the 2 week grace period to be removed

I was appointed to admin in February 2021. I have been suspended thrice since then, however I was last suspended in Summer 2021. Since then, I have only resigned and been reinstated once.

Unlike Admin, Senior Admin is primarily a leadership position and you must be able to lead other admins in a mature manner and be a responsible representative of Total Freedom. Provide a paragraph of your accomplishments and why you think you'd made a good Senior Admin.

Throughout my time on TotalFreedom, I have learnt many life skills on this platform, from forming good judgement to simply approaching situations calmly. I've constantly been growing and improving over the past few years, reaching a point where I feel confident with being an admin and guiding new admins. I have also single-handedly managed the server's events sector over a few months, with very little help. Every mistake I have made on TF has led me to acknowledge lessons that I can learn and improve from. I've successfully dealt with incompetent individuals that were persistent with bullying and have ensured their removal from the community. As one of the remaining experienced admins in the green team, I am constantly dishing out advice and guidance, as well as support for both new and returning admins. My skills as a leader, which I have learnt both on TF and in person, grant me to believe that I am also ready for the role.

I harness the ability to speak truthfully on a matter and speak with my mind. As a senior, this is crucial as I know my voice will matter more in admin-team-related concerns. I also am aware that not only do I set a major example to the rest of the team, but I also set a more significant example to the server as a whole. I also hold no niche-specific roles at the moment, except for event host, which is currently at a standstill and has been for some time now. Because of this, my view as an admin is strictly of the freedom-01 server and admin chats; I have no access to Teams nor the Discord Administration section. This is an advantage for the senior team as it provides an opposing point of view which could prove beneficial should there be a situation in the community that requires some input from an unbiased individual.

I hope that over the past 2 years, I have improved enough to prove that I am ready for a position like this.

Weekly - I am currently in school, but my exams after next week aren't until the Summer.

I was banned multiple times, some of those were self-requests but other times it was only because the community as a whole wasn't a fan of me. Out of all people, I'd expect you to know this best considering you were one of my strongest advocates.

With the appeal system, it gave the player in question a chance to redeem themselves and use their voice to push forward their side of the story. I am well aware that in recent days the bans have been justified with accurate evidence, but I feel that the terms are unfair and should have been discussed further with the admin team. I don't like the idea of not being able to use my voice to fight for justice.
