This post contains a list of all individuals whom under my ownership, are deemed to have unappealable bans.
While I have no control of if this remains a thing if for any reason I am no longer owner, the list shall be maintained with those individuals who in accordance to the policies at the time, have been issued with bans which may not be appealed due to the nature of the bans they have been issued with.
It's important to note that in the vast majority of cases these will be local to a single platform, due to the varying terms and conditions on the different platforms and the various rules we have in place.

Nathaniel_428 (Also known under a number of Alt accounts such as anthony_han) - Primarily banned due to illegal behaviours including abuse and the sexual harassment / general harassment of minors and ultimately being a predator.
CurtainPoles - Primarily banned due to illegal behaviours including abuse and the sexual harassment / general harassment of minors and ultimately being a predator.
Moriarty - The content that they are creating on the getEso forums breaks a range of UK and international laws. The user has claimed to be involved in a non-consensual relationship with a under-aged girl and thus breaking Sections 5, 6, 7, 14 and 15 of Sexual Offences Act 2003 in UK Law. The user is as such removed from this community on the grounds they are likely a predator and pose a risk to this community and it's members.
Ivan - Violating UK Copyright Law to harm the reputation ATLAS Media Group or one of it's projects. Repeated rule breaker. Impersonating a member of ATLAS and as such also violating various other UK Laws (UK Fraud Laws for one)
Yurni - Grooming an under 18 year old into a relationship. Violating US Federal law and while the specific states the two people were in does not directly stop this, US Federal law as well as the laws where Discord is based does. There is also reason to believe this may have broken German Law, which is a requirement for this network.
maniaplay - Participating in a forum attack that involved the abuse of the reaction system to essentially cause a DoS attack against the forums, rendering it unusable for several hours. Prior to this, they also created a hoax that involved gaslighting the community into believing a fabric mod was compromised and convincing mod developers to also play along, causing mass hysteria and panic in the community.
ginlang - Participating in a forum attack that involved the abuse of the reaction system to essentially cause a DoS attack against the forums, rendering it unusable for several hours. This user also has repeatedly shown poor conduct on this server through both passive-aggressiveness and generally poor attitude.
__veast - Participating in a forum attack that involved the abuse of the reaction system to essentially cause a DoS attack against the forums, rendering it unusable for several hours.
Discord
fussy (fssp#4894) - Violations of both unbannable cat one offences by posting illegal content on Discord and therefore violating their T&C's and by promoting hate speech platforms on our Discord not just breaking the discord T&C's but also bringing ATLAS's reputation into risk.
