Microsoft to allow third party app stores on the Windows Store

The Epic Game Store alongside the Amazon Appstore is getting integrated into the Microsoft Windows Store later this year, we can probably hope to see more third party app stores join the trend, which would allow one app to do it all.
I doubt Steam will want to join in on this, but one might hope.
With the new winget command tool allowing you to basically download anything that's on the Windows Store and some more, maybe we'll finally see the day of easy setup script without the need of external tools such as Chocolatey.
