Do we remove CoreProtect Data from the server from before April 2021?

  • @Folfy_Blue#16633 It would be an option but we never had the full core protect data, so we would risk deleting chunks which have previously had block changes.

    Its not a bad idea, it just depends on if we care about deleting just empty untouched chunks or if we want to delete older stuff.

    Personally I'm only worried about the former, the later just is part of the history of the server.

  • @wild1145#16634 The technically correct way to do it would be to regenerate each chunk in memory and compare that to what is actually in the world. That's not very simple, though, so we should definitely leave that until it actually becomes a problem.
