Ban appeal for HeatedBlade

so, i was actually breaking rules, and here are my offenses: 3c, 3d, 2c,

i understand my mistakes and make a promis- nono an unbreakable vow that i will not do this again, if this is approved
i will greatly appreciate it heres some additional info for you:
1) the individual who banned me, but then helped me make this appeal right here was the assistant executive Redeastwood (thank you for helping me red )
2)my ign is, as said in the title is HeatedBlade
3) im 98% sure im perm banned, because if i wasn't i wouldn't be interested in an appeal
4) i was banned in-game, and also from the discord
