Here's the original indef for reference. It was in fact in March this year, not December of last year.
This user not only purposely distributed crash kits and crash items for the sole purpose of ruining the playing experience for others, however he committed several other violations. He bypassed his original ban with several other alts and did the exact same thing as the first, he then crashed both freedom servers and the hubs and demanded ransom from ryan for their release.
(Note that this was only 3 months ago)After that, he and his friends decided it was a good idea to spam me and start calling me the nword.

The point i'm trying to make here is that you knew ill of your actions, which were committed not so long ago, and still continued to carry them out. IMO It's too early for your sanction to be lifted, and if it was ... i'd expect a half decent apology ... not just this:
This in no way shows that you are actually sorry for your actions and are willing to change your behaviour.

Object, fix the server lag not the solution for it.
If the server is lagging due to multiple entities or mobs, then it should only take you one wipe to work it out, you can identify the perpetrator from there.
A better suggestion would be to log who places what entities. Then using an extra tag (maybe -i for example) would produce a client-side list of all mobs/entities and the user that spawned/placed them.

we've only just made them visible on the main page again.. and I honestly don't see it being spammed, I just see an active forum..
as well as this, it was just downright annoying to see "1 new unread forum post" just to reload and see nothing.

Yeh I have, one of the ways I got it to work is by finding something that you can point out in your dream that'll make you aware of your state, a book, a phone - literally anything. There's a lot more to it though so i'd recommend just looking at articles or watching videos on it.
It's actually really cool when you get it to work, I just spent the entire time flying around an island and messing with shit.
