I Vouch for a case-by-case basis since admins with a history of repeatedly deciding to leave and come back shouldn't expect to be able to get their status back without votes only to go inactive a month later without spending much time on the server.

like an inbred pandora’s box, they just keep spewing stupid shit
Oh man, we're in for a fucking treat this summer. This shit keeps getting funnier and funnier.
the gift that keeps on giving

I Vouch.
To me, this looks like a 'wrong place at the wrong time' type scenario after seeing relevant evidence. Anyways, its been two years with no further incidents so I don't see why you should remain banned.

I still am not sure if wursts foreop even works here
It doesn't. As far as I know, it's designed for cracked servers using AuthMe.
Anyways, if anyone is wondering what he was banned for, his previous ban appeal is located here and his ban was due to him gaining access to Telnet without permission. ForceOP from Wurst does not enable someone to access telnet, even on an 'accident.' -
I Vouch. They should receive a global network-wide ban as well in my opinion.
Breaking both US and UK law (filing false crime reports) is a Category 0 offence on its own. Regardless if they filed an actual report with the FBI against TotalFreedom or not, they implied they did so which alone is an area of concern. A network-wide ban would be appropriate in that sense. This player has clearly not learned from their mistakes and continues to cause trouble as seen above, so I don't think they really should not be welcomed back anytime soon.

I Vouch for a minimum of 30 days which permits matching the forum name to a new minecraft name if a player decides to change it.

I sleep between 8 to 9 hours a night.

I Vouch.

Denied.
Your previous appeal was denied on the 13th of August with explicit instructions that you can appeal after 30 days have passed.
On a second note, you also forgot to answer question 5 from the Indefinite Ban Release Form in regards to agreeing to follow the conduct policy so not only is the appeal posted so soon (which is why it was denied) it was also incomplete.
5. Do you agree to follow our community guidelines (https://forum.totalfreedom.me/d/2961) and all the conditions stated above?
Given the major consensus is that you are not fit to return to this server and the evidence is there to prove it, I am going to deny this.
Denied.
You may re-appeal your ban in 30 days.
30 days have not passed (30 days would be September 12th).
You can appeal again without it being automatically denied on that date and make sure to answer all the questions before submitting it.

i'd like to ask why they were private again.
The reason why they were made private is because people were insecure about their IP address (because in order to indefinitely ban someone admins have to fill out a form which contains an IP address)
But here's the thing, if you're so concerned with someone having your IP address, either get a VPN or don't be on the internet, not being rude- that's just how the internet works.
Literally every site you visit will collect your IP, this isn't exclusive to TotalFreedom. Google, Twitter, literally any social media platform, Microsoft (and by extension Mojang), literally every single Minecraft sever you join, will log your IP.
Some people were butthurt we were publishing IPs on the indefinite bans and decided to start DDoS'ing the server 'in protest'. The indefinite bans were public for a while prior to that and that's a major reason why they went private - to keep the masses happy because it's not worth getting the network knocked offline because some people decide to be butthurt over the IPs of almost entirely serial rulebreakers/server crashers being published.

I know who it was
Why wouldn't you tell us who it was then? This is starting to sound like a _TheRedX situation all over again where he said he knew who it was when that shit was going on but refused to tell us.
-
The exact mannerisms and the fact the username's *only* difference is a letter makes the bypassing attempt even more obvious.
Obvious Object.
-
rip half the admins
-
Unbanned per the Indefinite Ban Policy in regards to Self-Requested bans.
-
I Object. You're appealing too soon. I recommend waiting before appealing.
-
Bumping this - more input is needed before a decision can be made.
-
Since the user has already been unbanned, I'm marking this as approved and closing the post. They are not currently indefinitely banned.
-
Given this player was only day banned for griefing and wasn't indefinitely banned, the ban has long since expired so this is now marked as Approved.
-
Given the major consensus is that you are not fit to return to this server and the evidence is there to prove it, I am going to deny this.
Denied.
You may re-appeal your ban in 30 days.
