    /bigtree is an essentials command. It isn't logged by coreprotect and works in *all* worlds, even worlds where OPs cannot build. It was abused to bypass world permissions and that is why it got blocked. /tree is a worldedit brush-type command and is logged.

  • Self-Requested Indefinite Ban Template & Policy

    This policy covers aspects of Self-Requested indefinite bans. Self-requested bans allow any player to request an indefinite ban for themselves. Unlike category 1 indefinite bans, self-requests and appeals are submitted privately, although a thread will be created in the indefinite ban section of the forums to inform the admins that a self-request was issued.


    An appeal for a self-request can be submitted at any time following the issue of the self-requested ban and does not have a template.


    To submit a self request, send a private message to the Ban Manager ( Alco_Rs11) via any official platform using the following template:

    As for the furnace exploit, it's patched here so it isn't a big deal in regards to server security if it somehow became public.

    Hello, whoever is reading this.


    I've made mistakes in the past, and participating in this attack is one of them.


    I've cut contact with the people involved.


    I've worked on a lot of stuff since I've been indefinitely banned, and I hope to be releasing my own server, hopefully, fairly soon. As for now however, I've decided to appeal, because I simply wanted to rejoin a community, which has given much of my passion and has let me express myself. To clarify, I have not used any DDOS attacks against the forums, however, I was in support of these attacks simply because I was mentally worn at the time being, and I figured out what was causing my mental issues, and I've resolved them. It was not this server, it was simply one of my "friends", who continuously harassed me, and I simply couldn't handle it. This friend shall not be named for privacy reasons, because, for doing certain things to me, this person does not deserve clout from me.

    Yes, my mistake was stupid and I will follow these guidelines from now on. You will not see me commit such practices again.

    The proper Indefinite Ban Release form is located here. Please edit this post with the proper form and make sure all questions are answered.


    I'll also comment on your story. The furnaces you made were rapidly spread and people were giving them out and misleading people into messing with them along with people, including myself, also breaking furnaces you placed accidentally, with no knowledge they were 'exploit' items at the time. Since they were easily traced back to you because you put your name on the kit they originated from and coreprotect indicated you placed them, it was a major factor in why you were banned.


    I've elected to show coreprotect screenshots showing how people including myself broke the furnaces without knowing what they were.

    As for the lag stands, you made them in easily accessible kits, they got obviously abused and spread around quite a bit. That's why you were banned for them.


    And, on a side note and unrelated to the ban, those furnaces you made I discovered were able to be used to crash the server and at the time they were being spread, the furnace exploit was not patched so if someone figured out how to do it, they'd be able to easily crash the server.


    My vote is Neutral a Vouch l and I strongly advise you to take testing such items outside of TotalFreedom because this is not the place to be testing items that could potentially have adverse effects on the server nor is it permitted.

    I Vouch. TotalFreedom is something Mat should take a break from for a while. It isn't benefitting his health and for the safety of himself and others and he is also subjecting members of the community to harassment, he needs to take a break for a while. He also seems to play the 'victim' when he is caught doing something wrong and makes a large scene about it. I fully support him being banned as a result.

    One thing that I hate: The speed. Large edits will take eternity to get done. So if its a million+ block edit, you will have your chat spammed for several minutes while it struggles to so the job. I hate AWE because of this.
