↩ Ivan I'll be honest, I'm not too sure how this happened as LD was one of the only plugins that was untouched during the upgrade. Whoever put it there put it there during 1.16.5 and I'm not sure how long it's been in there. I don't own a copy of the plugin nor have I gone out of my way to grab the free version or compile it myself, so how this happened is a mystery.

I have no stance on this. One one hand, you have made clear in the past through your actions that you will inevitably repeat the same actions, repeatedly, time and time again. You have made it very difficult to earn any sort of trust back from the community when it comes to rejoining, due to your blatant insincerity of past apologies; an insincerity reflected, it seems, in this apology post as well. Not only have you broken countless TF policies, but also committed actions that not only violate the policies here but violate numerous laws in multiple countries. Due to these facts, your permanent ban seems to still hold some validity. On the other hand, it's been 6 years since your indefinite ban date, and we have been through many iterations of what I consider to be eras for TotalFreedom. Who is to say in that time away you've also changed for the better? The only way to find out is allowing you back to prove yourself. It's a very tough spot to call, in the event that your previous actions repeated would still be a detriment to the server and its community, and in the state we are in currently, this is not something that has any warrant. Especially now with the progression we have made in terms of player retention and server upkeep, and overall community health. I think rather than posting an apology thread, where you could blow smoke out your ass all day and it would be hard to gather whether it's sincere or not, you should spend time actively contributing to the community through the forums in positive ways.

↩ @'Ryan' only took me a minute because I've already read this post

-
As of the dev discussion held yesterday; this is more or less the direction we are headed.
I do not propose we eliminate the freedom aspect (which I'm unclear on whether or not this was the idea here) but we definitely will be making freedom a secondary priority -
I gladly welcome you back bud. Dev discussion tomorrow.

I will look into this more, I think expanding our horizon and lessening the overall work for TFM is a prospect to pursue in light of the development teams current status. I'm sure there are plenty of plugins dedicated to nuanced features provided by TFM that would greatly benefit us to introduce.

Yes, I will be discussing with Ryan and posting an activity log in the near future.

I replied to the wrong person but who cares its on the thread anyways, I was replying to ivan but videos argument is relevant as well.

↩ videogamesm12 I understand the concerns. My activity is prevalent in the developer discord channel, however I understand the frustration when it comes to presenting forum and game activity.
In my defense, here are my arguments for both:
I am not in need of posting on the forums nor am I in need of reading things posted on the forums as in most cases all development cases are raised VIA a Jira Ticket or directly through Github.
As for in game time, the only reason I would need to get on minecraft would be to bug and feature test things within current and future releases of TFM. Because I am not an administrator, nor do I intend on acting as one, these two outlets are of little importance to me as I am not constantly policing the community, which inevitably is what the forums are for. Yes I understand that people may raise feature requests and bug issues on the forums which is why I do check up once in a while. However, I am always active on the discord.Furthermore, I reached out to Ryan after fleeks departure, and let him know that i was available for the lead development position if he needed to elect someone. I have not made much contribution recently but this is due to another project I had been spearheading which functions as a general commons library for paper. I had informed Ryan that should I be appointed, I would drop all my other projects specifically to maintain development until we can build a stable dev team that can all contribute and lessen the workload on the current set of developers, which is regretfully few.
I hope this clarifies some if not all of the questions you may have or confusion you may be experiencing.

4 - A short bit about why you want to become a developer for TF:
I have had numerous attempts at trying to join as a developer, yet never found an opening due to one thing or another. With my recent return to the server, and my expansive experience with plugin development, and my previous tenure as evidence, I feel that I would be an excellent addition to the team, and I can bring new ideas and push out fixes and updates like a workhorse. -
