    Staff Response Instructions: You may vouch or object. However, unlike initial applications for admin and promotion applications, former staff who sincerely wish to overcome past mistakes will normally be given the benefit of the doubt and provided extra chances to succeed or fail. If you don't believe the applicant is sincere, object and state why (e.g. the applicant still has a bad attitude and causing trouble on the server). If the applicant was a former Senior, you may also vouch to reinstate at a lower level.

    Note: The acting Executive Admin Officer can place you under probationary status upon reinstatement under their discretion, however, they must have a valid reason (e.g reinstating then always going inactive). The Inactivity Policy for returning staff is no longer in effect, meaning former staff will be reinstated to the rank they had before losing status, with no restrictions.

    ↩  Shdwo why are we calling this "behaviour" and referring to it as if i've broken rules? Especially since I've toned it down to almost nothing... I've literally just been talking recently.. I've even skimmed over my own discord messages to see if I've made a mistake in judgement. I have a job in mental health starting up soon and I've genuinely taken the initiative myself to form better boundaries in life. I personally think I've made a real effort, thus the reinstatement. Whenever the venting was brought up it was not constructively talked about. It was just used to have a go at me and mock me, not out of concern and no ways to productively reduce it were brought up. I personally don't think someone taking the time to reinstate out of lack of activity in australian timezones should be impacted by if they've talked about their personal struggles here and there, especially if its been significantly reduced to not be overbearing. Also the last time red brought up the venting I quite literally just said it was a shame SERVICE NSW was closed that day and I had to wait to get my ID... that's not a heavy mental health vent that's just saying how my day went.. I proceeded to make a joke awkwardly.

And no solution to said issue or concern has ever come out of that, just mockery and a way to have a go at me. Sorry but I’m being honest here.
