Vouch. Being unintentionally creepy isn't a valid ban reason.

@billy7oblos#9336 Why would you ever attempt to make crash items purposefully? Do you make explosive belts IRL too?
I think we should look away from the intentionality of the user and instead look to the three possible conduct violations that are relevant. If we're going to punish the user it should be in regards to the following:
Indefinite ban:
Category 1, G: "Using an exploit that restricts a players experience."
Category 1, A: "Attempts at harming the server."or a 24-hour ban:
Category 2, b: "Tricking players into breaking a rule."I mention 2, B because displaying items capable of crashing the server with the tag, "crash chest of concept. don't touch" is certainly not very bright.
Personally I am veering towards a simple 24-hour ban (i.e. they will be unbanned) considering this is territory not specifically covered in the conduct policy, however I do believe that a fairly strong case can be made that even the action of making an item or block that's capable of crashing the game is a violation of 1, G and 1, A. However, I do believe, for all things considered, that the user has made an ample attempt to prove their innocence, and when accounting for the poor handling by man, I think it would be inappropriate to indefinitely ban them. Also, if you want the user banned for another reason (i.e. crash heads, as man#9323 mentioned here, then you should be making another seperate request and not simply move the goalpost on the original thread)Vouch for release.

@Rex#9115 Fun fact. NYC has more stabbings than London.

Object to tempban.
Ban was based on an old meme lol

@Blassph#9047
The Zero-tolerance-policy (ZTP) was removed, and thus not "merged into" the current conduct policy. The logic behind removing it was because it neglected all context in a given situation and still left up things for interpretation and workarounds.
Banning people with your justificaiton being grounded in a non-existant policy is abuse. That's not to say that shrimp is not a retard for writing out the song lyrics, in which he knows contains offensive slurs, but that should not necessitate you banning him abruptly. Instead, a warning should be more than sufficient in this instance, and if they then were to continue this behaviour, a tempban or mute would indeed be in order. But basing your reasoning upon the now-obsolete ZTP is absurd. Racial slurs are allowed in discussion wherein it isn't intended to be offensive (i.e. insult). It is at the discretion of the Admin for the interpretation of the wording in situations like these, but the outcome should certainly not be a ban, but instead a warning -> mute -> tempban -> ban.Vouch

@wild1145#8911 i dont get why we even have cross-server messaging when the tab function only lists local players.
-
@wild1145#8886
I'm unsure if you misunderstood me or you're being dense.
Changing [Freedom-01] to [F1] is indeed intuitive, but I don't understand why it's so hard to simply shorten the name, if you really wish to keep the original command to access the freedom server via command, and not the portal. Even so, in the compass, it shouldn't be that difficult to simply title the main freedom server.Nonetheless, there is next-to-zero playtime on the other two servers besides TF. And since you mention that tabs are only local to the server you're in, I don't see why it would make any sense what-so-ever to signify what server you're messaging from, considering that you won't be messaging somebody on the other server, when you don't even know if they're online or not, since you mentioned that the tab-function is only local.

@wild1145#8862
Would it be that big of an issue in changing the names of the individual servers to something like F1 or similar? I doubt most people even attend "Freedom2", so I don't see any issues with changing both servers to "F1" and "F2", and for survival server it would be "SMP"
At its current state it looks unprofessional and disorienting. When I first recieved a message when this got implemented I didn't even know it was a private message because of the clusterfuck.
Quote-> You're being kinda gay for saying that I have a big dick. But I very much appreciate the gesture. Vs.
Quote[F1]
-> [F1] I measured alongside your dad, and we came to the conclusion that mine is 3 inches longer than his, thus making it 7 inches longer than yours. To expand, I also don't get why we even have to signify which server the messenger and reciever are on. As far as I know, we don't list all players from across all servers on the same server tab, except for maybe in the hub? So I don't get why we don't simply remove the server-indicator?

@simplynick#8819 You're used to that

-
Can we please fix so it doesn't look so shit?
I'd much rather prefer it be...
Miwo --> Nick
or
Miwo --> Nick [Server], but the server name would instead be shortened to F01 or some shit. -
can you remove the shaders
-
Object to 2 & 3

@Darth#8637 Cum in your ass apparently.

At least you're giving a warning.
I understand that this might be a ""necessity", but this is absolutely part of what drives players away from the server. At least you're giving a warning 14 days prior. Please do notice that the only ones objecting are ops (An example of a disconnect between Admins and Ops?)
