Object. You display the same behaviour again and again and again. I think it is very likely that you will continue to cause problems if you are unbanned. We are starting to get into a cycle of rule-breaking, bans and attempted returns. This cannot happen.
Your return to the forum cannot be at the expense of other members of the community.

I'm generally in agreement with you that complete transparency isn't always appropriate. I've argued this point before (and lost) but I still feel the same. Transparency is often good, but not always. I don't have any issues with Senior Admin applications being public, and if the issue is OPs voting then we can attach less weight to these votes.
As for forum sanctions and permban requests, I'm conflicted. With forum sanction requests, we are not really seeing ways to crash the server, or IP addresses etc. so I don't necessarily think that needs to be kept private. I think you make a fair point with permban requests. Also, how many people who have permban requests made against them actually argue on the request? I don't know.
I was extremely disappointed when I saw your poor behaviour, especially considering your ban appeal from July in which you stated that you regretted your actions and that the best approach was to 'apologize and don't cause any more damage.' It was very frustrating to see you return to your old ways in light of this. There were many vouches on that appeal and a willingness to have you back. The patience of many, including me, is wearing thin. Many have returned and reformed in the past and I sincerely hope you do too, but this cannot be at the expense of other members of the community.

Definitely vouch for a tempban as I want to discourage these sorts of 'jokes'. I'm neutral as to whether a permban is appropriate.

I think it is testament to the strength of this community that, after ten years and three owners (and about to get a fourth!), the server is still going strong. This is an exciting day for the server and for the community - a birthday which few servers can boast of reaching. This is a milestone that we can celebrate with pride.
