Why does silent banning even exist? I can't really think of a scenario in which we want to ban someone without anyone knowing. AFAIK a public ban list would do nothing but add more transparency to the server.

I don't think he should be forced but definitely be strongly encouraged. I think withholding the wealth is morally wrong, but forcing him to give it away might be as well. Generally though, (imo) property rights shouldn't be able to be upheld if they can inhibit major improvements which benefit a large amount of people.

I also believe that the current climate of American economy should be examined as well. I can't say I'm an expert but there's clearly something wrong with how things are run when we have this many homeless/starving people, along with some other issues.

I can agree that 50% is pretty ludicrous when not only including liquid assets, however I have also noticed that Elon reportedly payed himself for part of the Twitter share - 21 billion dollars. Could be reading this wrong, but wouldn't this mean he has at least that much money available immediately, and most likely much more which he could use for charity? Maybe my requirements were a bit absurd, but I think my point still stands, especially because IMO companies are less important that helping a lot of people, although this could be debated depending on what the company does.

To be honest I don't think Elon or any billionaires should be forced to give away more money than they are legally bound to - that being said, I find that it is morally disgusting that people can have so much money that it just becomes a abstract number, and yet refuse to give away such amounts to charity (For billionares+, I'd imagine sums ~ 50% of their wealth). I'm not going to burn the rich, but I'm not going to respect them for what they do. (Not to say that they don't do some impressive shit)

What would you define as earning? Elon Musk had to manage Tesla for maybe a few years before it started running itself, and it's not like he does any labor there... (Not to mention he didn't found Tesla either)
The problem is that the effort to earn monies doesn't go up but goes down with wealth, so rich people just get richer without working for the money. -

Do normal admins have access to the dev server? I think the fears of Yurni exploiting on TF could be solved by just allowing her to test on that server (it's whole point is development and testing) which has an environment similar to freedom-1.

Object, the only way the lightning would cause trouble was if there were a lot of spawners near spawn which you could report independently. A good example of this enforcement is noteblocks, which can be annoying or possibly laggy but aren't blocked and instead the people who use them maliciously get punished.
