What a terrible update.

Yes. I currently have the color set to white.
QuoteThe one I got is a SteelSeries Apex 5. It's got a little screen on it which is neat. They have an API documented on GitHub that can be used to show stuff on the screen or change what the keyboard looks like, though you need their engine to pull it off. Nonetheless, it still works with OpenRGB to an extent without their engine.

A few days ago, I got a new mechanical keyboard after my old one started to show signs of age.
Since it's an RGB keyboard, what colors should I set it to use?

I've been trying to locate them to put them back in my cock wallet and have been having little success.

↩ @'Ryan' If it was, I most certainly didn't see it.

↩ RedEastWood The bond and italics in this is funny, it’s not that deep.
The next post I will make replying to you will be written in Comic Sans MS.
Quote↩ RedEastWood The reason this wasn’t done before is because Ryan wanted to keep the server on the old host until we accurately gauge the playerbase and the whole cracked vs premium issue. Once we have identified and mitigated the damage caused by the premium switch, we will move to SN infra.
You could have switched hosts prior to release and updated from Spigot to Paper. Mind you, my original problem presented was the fact that it was using Spigot instead of the much more optimized Paper.
Quote↩ RedEastWood It’s funny how you think any of this is due to incompetence by anyone.
What? I think these issues are due to the merge being rushed, not incompetence.

This isn't in beta though? This was presented as "extensively tested" and basically finished in the original post, when it clearly isn't and needs work.

↩ RedEastWood This is not a flaw, and was done intentionally. We want to gauge the cracked vs premium audience and current playerbase.
An intentional design flaw that causes even more flaws in terms of security. Gotcha.
Quote↩ RedEastWood Bans do include IPs, I just used /ban instead of /banip because I didn’t want to fully ban you from my server. You should know there are two commands, and this entire point is completely stupid. Every single Minecraft server has the option to ban by IP, because it’s a vanilla command.
I never said it wasn't a thing. I'm saying the plugin that handles banning doesn't include IPs by default, which is stupid for a cracked server.
Quote↩ RedEastWood The server is currently migrating from its original host, to TF infra. After this move, TPS will stabilise and paper will be used.
Why didn't you do this before releasing the server?
Quote↩ RedEastWood The plug-ins are designed and configured to work together, and updating requires testing. You should know this. I have made sure that no lack of updates genuinely hinders players experience..
My issue isn't with testing. I know it requires testing, but seriously? Why didn't you wait to do testing before releasing the server?

↩ RedEastWood Explain to me how other than the rules. You haven’t even joined the server.
Here's a list of the many flaws I noticed during my rather short stay at the Skyblock server, right before I was IP-banned. All of these cumulatively point to a rushed state.
-
It's a cracked server.
Cracked servers allow players to log in under obscene names like Ballsack, Cumsock, and more.
-
Bans don't include IPs.
Under the username EvaXephon, I was running around with the Timer hack when I got banned for 5 minutes because I was flying. Fair enough.
Out of pure curiosity, I wondered if the ban included my IP address (like any ban from a cracked server would) and it turns out that it doesn't. Not by default, anyways.
-
The use of Spigot instead of Paper.
This would explain the TPS issues many users are complaining about.
-
Outdated plugins.
Many plugins are outdated. Take IllegalStack for example.
-
-
-
Make the server premium if you don't want people logging in with obscene or offensive names.
-
I'm going to have a fucking field day with these alts.

I'm afraid not.

I will not cast a vote for now in terms of having Ashaz come back to the ranks (I need to sleep properly first), but I would like to argue that leaving the Discord server should not be a reason for someone to be removed, especially given the circumstances of this case.
First, I'd like to give my thoughts about the situation.
About Ashaz reloading Essentials
It is true that Ashaz reloaded Essentials and broke the plugin in the process. However, I believe that Ashaz's mistake was a result of him not realizing how sensitive the plugin is to reloads with the /plc command. He assumed (because most plugins are usually not very sensitive to it) that reloading the plugin would fix the issue on hand. If he had known the plugin was sensitive to that kind of stuff, he probably wouldn't have reloaded it.
In addition, I didn't tell him to not do it. I was jokingly reciting the generic message you got when attempting to run a blocked command. However, I got frustrated when I noticed he reloaded the plugin because I know the plugin is sensitive to reloads in that manner. As I said before, he did not know this. At the time, there wasn't (and still isn't) much information about what plugins should not be reloaded and why. This means that anyone could've made the same mistake Ashaz made simply because they didn't know.
Additional Notes
Quote-
Ashaz did not create a resignation thread.

As someone who used to face much ridicule from staff members with a higher rank than me, I don't think you really understand the pressure that comes from effectively being the punching bag of higher-ranked staff members. It really eats away at your self-confidence. I nearly did the same thing last year.
-
Ashaz silently left the Discord. There was no rage involved.

↩ Beta_Alpha On topic, and I know i'm a bit late, but do you feel like finally being 18 has made an impact on you? As in do you feel excited or like even more opportunities are opening up or is it just a "Meh." moment?
To me, it's surprisingly underwhelming. There's a mountain of things I have to do first before I can look into these opportunities.
