Cafe72 okay so i had turned on every wurst button and one of them is called forceOP and its used to crack authme passwords I didn’t exactly know what it meant at the time and there was no malicious intent behind this action, simply curiosity.

I will say this again: that's not how it works. ForceOP cracks AuthMe passwords. We don't have that plugin. There is nothing in Wurst that is capable of breaching Telnet, let alone log into a Telnet server.

I believe an anarchy server would fit in with the name of our server - "Total Freedom". Many players in the past have complained that the server's name is misleading, arguing that "total freedom" should mean anarchy. There is a huge amount of potential to listen to these complaints and build onto it, and yet we choose to ignore it like a bug on a windshield. Why?

On paper, we could totally offer a unique experience by offering different kinds of freedom. A kind that is more civilized (leaving you to feel more free), and another that is utterly chaotic but truly lets you do whatever you want. I have always believed that TotalFreedom should return to its roots (in that it offers people as much freedom as possible), and on paper something like this would fit the bill perfectly, offering freedom in two different ways.

To those saying that we should focus on improving the main freedom server, I also agree with you. We can improve the freedom server and work on building an anarchy server at the same time.

For transparency, this is what the template originally said before I changed it:

COVID-19 should not be downplayed by comparing it to the common cold. I have never seen an instance of the common cold send a member of my family to the hospital. COVID-19 did shortly after one of my family members caught it. I don't remember losing my sense of taste after catching the common cold, but when I caught COVID-19 I did.

The idea that "everything should be FOSS (Free and Open Source)" is extremely flawed and will never be the case. It's not how the world works, as people expect to get paid for their work. If everything was free and open source, I would argue that the quality of software would actually decline because then nobody would be motivated to actually give it their best effort.

Also, Linux will never replace Windows in a desktop environment.

Deep discussions are usually discussions on actual philosophical, political, or otherwise deep topics. This is not a deep topic. This is a violation of the forum posting guidelines.

While I do appreciate being on many lists, I believe there are far more suitable candidates out there to consider. Take StevenNL2000 for example.

As a member of the community, Steven has gone above and beyond the call of duty as both an admin and a operator. He shot through the ranks like an armor-piercing bullet, going from Super Admin to Security Officer in just 2 years. Despite being removed for inactivity 2 years ago, he has continued to contribute to the server and community through a wide variety of ways, such as responding to tech support queries or even offering a helping hand wherever he can. He doesn't ask for much in return, even when doing mundane tasks that take a large amount of time to do such as processing an indefinite ban request with 51 accounts total. He has served TotalFreedom well. People should aspire to be like him.

Gentoo Linux is garbage. Imagine having to compile the kernel yourself for an extra 40 MB of free RAM. It would feel more rewarding to watch grass grow than to watch that piece of shit compile. What a waste of time. It makes Arch Linux look worthwhile, and that's saying a lot considering that piece of shit doesn't even have clear instructions for how to install it properly.
