Based on @"Miwojedk"#64's suggestions, I have personally redesigned the PlotWorld spawn. I have ensured that the spawn is filled with high quality builds, so new players can take inspiration and learn from the builds around them.

I was not able to entirely use MB builds, as there were so few - which means I had to source builds on my own using my own means.

I know this isn't much, but its a start on the community-based feedback response I'll be conducting in the upcoming months.

This is the time for the community to ask things of me, and I will deliver to those who do.

The spawn features a beautiful Greek style royal castle, fitted with waterfalls, water streams, Greek statues, and custom made trees. This is the main attraction, and is where players will spawn.

The spawn is also complimented by a Skyrim Dragon statue, a huge Greek style arena (courtesy of Darth's MB project), a large cherry tree, with a civilisation of Medieval style houses underneath it, and a large Iranian style castle.

On top of that, the spawn features two large shipping vessels, a Greek style resort, and a huge amount of smaller builds located in between these larger structures. It truly feels as if this spawn is a large city, shocasing many brilliant builds.

I have previously been one of the few hub mods. I have banned a large amount of rule breakers from the hub, and dealt with mass spam attacks. I once logged on remotely in a different country after being pinged about 20 or so people spamming the hub. I promptly logged on and banned them. I will take hub security very seriously, as I have done in the past.

I just recently got into Skyrim, around 4 months ago - and it is the best game I have ever played. The storyline is so rich and the combat sequences are very fun too.

I've finished the game vanilla and am now experimenting with a couple of mods.

I am categorically going through this post as Miwo has essentially given me a manual on how to fix TF’s player issues.

I’m going to start with small tweaks that can be gotten out of the way fairly easily. I will then look to move on to some of the larger and more complex issues, while working with Ryan and the dev team to ensure that we are all on the same page.

We can all see what you have done for TF, and all the sacrifices you made. I know that you only want the best for TF, and based on our interactions ths is more evident than ever. It's safe to say that Scenario 1 will not be used and we hope to see you prosper as an owner in the future.

The newest edit to the Executive Policy places the responsibility of retention in my hands. This means that I am now in charge of both marketing and retention. I have had quite a few ideas for retention during my tenure as EMM, but I purposefully held off on them to avoid stepping over Lyicx’s toes.

In an effort to allow the community to have a say in TF’s player retention, I’d like to get some community feedback on ideas, or what you’d like to see.

It was made very apparant that we should not be spending our development time adding new gimmicks, and rather spend it improving the user experience and backend issues on the Freedom-01 server.

I am also not convinced that the Discord bot hijack is even remotely related to a panel. The discord bot not only managed server startup and kill functions, but also managed several roles, mutes and reports. You cannot substitute a panel with the Discord bot.

I personally would love a panel, but I understand why its not an option based on other incidents....

Realistically what are the chances of any of us convincing you not to go ahead and do this? Your opinion seems pretty set in stone.

If this is the issue here, then I think we need to re evaluate the type of player we are actually targeting. Most active players are underage and young, as so enjoy those types of threads - its why they get so much traction.

My only real issue with this change would be us ostracizing active players and making an example out of them for realistically not doing anything wrong and just posting Spam and Drama threads. The users who post them with the wrong tags on purpose should definitely be punished, but they don't really represent everyone who uses the S&D tag.

If presentation is really that big of a deal then we should add a #spam chat on the discord so these types of players still have a place to fuck around.

I think its worth noting that the majority of our active community is underage, and they are often youths who enjoy joking and messing around. Taking a quick look at the spam and drama tag, and matching the thread creators with their IGN on Plan, shows us that the posters are very active in game players, and they are part of a much larger community who also enjoy messing around in a similar manner.

Banning these users from posting jokes and enjoying the way they feel is right may be a step too far, as it would completely ostracize entire communities and make an example out of some of our most active players, for something that they haven't even done wrong.

I think a good middle ground is making the Spam and Drama tag hidden for everyone by default, so on paper our community has the mature aspect you're looking for. But for those who are interested in these joke threads, they can enable the Spam and Drama tag and subsequently view all the cancer it has to offer.

Just ignore the spam and drama tag 🤷🏽‍♂️

Vouch and rec. Hooke has helped me a lot and during my time working with him I’ve seen his capabilities doing various admin tasks such as monitoring a freedom server, setting up and configuring new servers, and using fair logic to issue sanctions to rule breakers.

To address the crash chunk issue on URF, it was around 8 months ago - and Hooke was extremely apologetic and remorseful about the situation. I am certain he has changed since.
