This was an admin as it was in the adminworld, however I cannot access or seem to find a link to report admin abuse.

I would like to preface this build is a parody from a popular T.V. show called "Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia."

Regarding "To apply, you must not have reinstated recently (1 month) within the applications opening."
This should already be a thing kinda.
According to the application/promotion process "Reinstatement's no longer guarantee you your original rank. If your application is approved, you will start at Moderator. If you were removed in the past 6 months for inactivity, you will be guaranteed your original rank but will still have to reapply and be approved."

this means that ex-seniors who have not been an admin for longer than 6 months, they would not be eligible for owner as you need to be a senior to actually apply.

This was either not transferred over or just removed (which doesn't make sense because its not really a policy, its just how the process works.)
