Also, i know that if you duplicate a potion effect with same level it does nothing, but if you have multiple harming effects of different levels its cooler.

Modify itemizer to remove potion limits, as Minecraft supports multiple potion effects of the same type on 1 potion, but Itemizer restricts this.
If i understand this would probably just be removing a singular if statement.
