    That's kind of what I'm thinking as well.
    I think since the shitposters are finding out that they're going to get banned for a certain amount of days, it scares them and then they stop doing that.

    I'm experienced with many kinds of moderation, or just general staff duties. I can also handle difficult situations with ease and not lash out on others for making it harder or just being an annoyance.

    This was a good read! I learned more about TF's past and how things were going down in terms of staff management and things like that, and how ranks were given, stuff like that.

  • Prioritize getting a panel

    I can agree with this, while I may not be an admin on this server, I have used a panel before and I can definitely say that it is a lot better than relying on something else that can put security at a HUGE risk.
    Panels in general keep everything in check and are a good source overall, so I am going to vouch for this.
