This user appears to show no remorse for their actions as they continously bypass their ban, this also contributes to them still being an active threat to the server as it has also been said that they have attempted to steal account information and IP log people. The attempts to steal account information is not only against the EULA, but this will also be in breach of computer misuse laws and data protection laws in most jurisdictions. As for the IP logging, whilst IP addresses are public information and having somebody's IP address isn't necessarily against the law, that information could be subject to misuse and if it has been misused (which in this case, I do think we have reason to believe the information gathered will have been misused), then again this could fall in breach of computer misuse and data protection laws in most jurisdictions. Hence I conclude given that the user has continuously bypassed their ban and has reportedly performed actions that could be considered illegal, this user is still a threat to the community and I object to their return.
