That seems stupid. If its fun, who cares if its worse than other servers. Also, no one has played the event so far seems unhappy with it.

↩  lyicx Since I'm proposing a entirely new gamemode, this opens up events in it as well. We could expand the border, give random items, heck, add clans or make people spawn in different biomes? Freeop is always the same with a few plugin updates now and then... Why not mix it up? Also, we have master builders! Custom maps, structures? None of this required much effort other than maybe a new plugin for spawning, and guilds can be repurposed for clans.

Also, even if it stays small, a tiny dedicated community balances out a lack of players - it would be just as much fun, at least for me.

Ok, so I know my last thread failed, and for good reason - but hear me out. Today, Lyicx hosted a event in a ~50x50 border world on the events-01 server. It eventually evolved into a little smp with hacking allowed, and Lyicx the king and sole person in creative. IMO this went really well, and quite a few people joined who want to play it again. Instead of making a new server, I suggest a world in freedom-01 which is essentially world world, but with a region and a barrier. This would be quite easy (I think), and all the plugins from freedom-01 would still be there to manage it. Essentially a permanent event, with the location being changed and players being cleared every day or two.
