hey I know I made a few of these in the past but I think Im ready now. I think id make a pretty good admin, so if you think the same, I'd love your rec for my app. If not, no hard feelings. I can deliver a safe and fun environment on the server, and I won't stop at anything to keep our community thriving. I've gotten to know a lot of you, and I want to keep getting to know you.

hey guys! a lot of you know me by know whether that be through my other forum threads, or know me personally on the server. I am seeking recommendations for admin. I've been on the server for a while, I've gotten to know everyone, know the rules and regulations and how the environment of the server functions, and I believe that I'd be a good candidate for admin. Im quick to help resolve issues as well as help others, and even as an operator I try my best to aid new and existing players with any questions they have. I like to think I'm nice, and I'd say I have good judgement. I've been down the barrel of some very minor rule violations and I know how people in that situation think. I feel as though this would be an advantageous addition to the TF community. I get that that might seem not very important but I beg to differ, as it would help the community make tough decisions. I understand that being an admin isn't all sunshine and rainbows, but I believe I can take on that role, and be a very good addition to the staff of Total Freedom. Thank you for your consideration

@Ivan#18858 i hear you man but the point i was trying to make was that im not the best candidate, but i would try my best. i understand you were frustrated with me when i said such things, however i meant them in a sarcastic way. Im sorry if you took offense to that or if you felt was I was saying was quite literal. i personally believe you can have emotional regulation skills and say what i said. i never said im a therapist, i just said generally im good at reading the room. again my deepest condolences that you found what i said upsetting, as i assumed you'd be able to comprehend my basic sarcastic and non serious ways of talking, so i will be sure to personally clarify that to you next time i say something similar so you get the context. You do make a good point, as im sure i should probably wait looking at it again, so i think i should wait before asking for recs. Thank you for the insight man god bless 😉

I posted another forum thread not to long ago, and for a few unrelated reasons i withdrew. I'd like you to consider recommending me, and heres why; I have pretty good people skills, relating to conflict resolution and emotional regulation, which would prove helpful as the server gets really crazy really fucking quick. Im pretty damn attentive and can act fast should any issue occur. I also consider myself pretty creative and I feel like I can bring a lot of sweet new ideas to the table. Lastly, I really love making friends and the staff seem really swag and I'd love to be apart of that community. Im gonna be honest. I can't say I'm the best candidate for admin, as that's fucking ridiculous to say, but let me tell you this, I wont let you down. And you can hold me accountable for that. Thanks folks Cheers!

hi! im helium95 but my real name is jake. i made this post for your consideration, recommending me to be an admin. i in no way want to pressure anyone into recommending me, so heres a few reasons why i think you should consider recommending me; i have alot of emotional comprehension skills. i studied the process of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and i believe this skill would prove to be helpful on the server as things tend to get heated frequently. second, ive been on the server for a while, and i am quite aware of the rules and regulations of the server which would might be helpful to the server, in addition, i really like befriending people and i feel like i could add an additional level of peace on the server. so again, no pressure, however i ask to all staff, your consideration for a recomendation. thanks

I was banned by fssp, a now suspended admin, who was suspended after several reports of homophobia, transphobia and hate. I was making gay pride flags near spawn, and tried to create pride related builds, and fssp would cover them with the flag of the Catholic Church. When I spoke out against him, he banned me, under "Serial troll". Im not going to lie, I made shitpost like comments, nothing malicious, that's just how my humor is. I want to make it clear that the main reason I was banned was out of discrimination. If I were to be unbanned, I would follow the rules strictly. I want to rejoin the server very badly, I miss it a lot. I have remorse for some of the stuff I said, as not everyone thinks my humor is funny, and im fine with that, but I was banned out of hate from a disgruntled admin who is now gone, and I believe if you would be so kind as to give me another chance. Thank you. -
