From the screenshot taken below, it blatantly shows Yurni creating a crash chunk.
• This was not used in a malicious way.
Yet? A crash chunk was still created, violating Section 1 of the Conduct Policy.
• Yurni had an admin's permission to do this, so it cannot be held against them.
Correct me if I am wrong, but from what I can see with the chat logs, there's no permission given to use that. This demonstrates Yurni's inability to distinguish what's against the rules, and what's following the rules.I'd also like to mention that another operator was warned in the past for duplicating his coins. This thread was created to bring a light to Nick's situation, I don't see how it's interfering with the admins' work in any way.
The point is the original poster (in this case Petya) believed that no sanctions would be put against Nick from management, so he created this thread because the situation should be discussed openly to reach a final decision.

I severely doubt the episodes you watched were on YouTube, as Luke has shown evidence of the episodes you watched were not on YouTube. The claim of it not being age restricted is a horrible point to make. There's straight up NSFW that flies under the radar because of YouTube's filter system not being the greatest.

Concrete evidence has been provided (see the first image), witnesses were in the VC as the incident happened, you could always get a testification from them which would show it's evident that Nick committed the accusation. The incident happened a week ago and we haven't seen a result yet, which is quite concerning. If you could show the "contradicting evidence" to us, that'd be great.
Nick has stated in Freedom-01 "Because it shows that you can't even review a trailer without being called out for copyright" and a few other comments regarding him streaming a trailer rather than the actual episodes itself. This is an obvious attempt from Nick to brush it off and act completely innocent, despite there being proof of the contrary.

This is an obvious violation of both United States and United Kingdom law, as Petya cited in his post. People have been completely obliterated from all platforms for violating UK law on TotalFreedom.
Miasmus suffered the fate of an unappealable discord ban after he posted an entire episode of Spongebob in the discord server. Can someone explain why there is an investigation in Nick's case when Miasmus was banned immediately? Nick has also stated that any violation of copyright on the TotalFreedom discord will result in an unappealable ban from the discord.
