↩  ThePyroManActualAccount apple keeps your battery at 80% when you plug it in and are actively using it. if slowly charges it to 100% overnight and this is a feature on their laptops and phones. On Mac there is also a program called AlDente which never lets your battery go past 80%.

If the battery is replaceable then don't even bother trying to adapt to some ideal battery usage. You shouldn't have to do this anyway as at least with apple it adapts to you.

Make sure drivers are up to date, decrease screen brightness, and use the balanced power plan rather than high performance. Obviously gaming laptops aren't known for their stellar battery life so that's just a given

Obviously it ended up becoming a game of telephone each time the forums got reset and we strayed further and further from my concept and how it should have been done. Again wild is inaccurate as I never forced anyone to switch to anything. The message I was trying to send was that nothing was being done and I said "something CAN be done this is an example". My intention was even to actually use discourse initially as an example but after looking at the server requirements I was like wtf and went with flarum

I'm not sure if this is a suggestion but I completely agree. No idea when this started but I was requested to sign an NDA which would have given wild my name and address. Nope not happening and I completely understand Noah's perspective. You should not be required to give that kind of information, especially to someone you don't know online no matter how trustworthy they could be. I remember once I fucked up my age on Google and they said I could provide government ID or pay google like 1 cent with a card to unlock my account. Obviously I chose the card option. Regardless if he has his account and meets the age now it should be no questions asked. I think this was a pretty big disappointment and hope we don't set a new precedent

↩ @'FT ' Winget does not work unless you are signed into the store, you get an error otherwise. I actually didn't realize that was the purpose of App Installer. I just thought it was the app Microsoft used to download more bloatware further on. I usually uninstalled it for this reason but was curious so decided to keep it this time, so that explains it.

This website. You can paste any URL from the Microsoft Store (or enter the ProductID) and you can then download the msixbundle from there directly. This is great if you're like me and want the Microsoft Store uninstalled completely. This doesn't really have a use on LTSC versions, but if you're on Windows 11 (and more modern versions of 10), Notepad and Paint come from the Microsoft Store by default. You can use it to get the latest versions, or for any app really. Of course, it won't automatically update and it's up to you to do it yourself.

You can then open PowerShell and run this to install it:
Add-AppxPackage C:/path/to/msixbundle

Edit: You can also double click on it to install it with a fancy GUI on Windows 11 now. Pretty sure that's new as I don't recall being able to do this on 10.

still don't understand why we aren't using this as promotional material for the server I would 1000% join as a new player if i saw that video. it's almost as if no one wants to play on a corporatized server and would rather play on a chill server instead

↩  Telephone I wanted it mounted automatically regardless of user or computer on the local network and the best way to do it was domain joining it so the policy is only on the computers I want domain joined. Plus I can setup additional GPO which really saves me time
