Rule 3j currently states the following is forbidden:
j. Discriminatory jokes, slurs or hate speech (attacks on an individual or group based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or disabilities)
However, on that last point (or disabilities) I see the word "retarded" being thrown around on a daily basis.

However, retarded has been categorized as a slur, known as the "R word" or "R slur" in most places.
The usage of what I will be calling from now on the R word is looked down upon because it is insulting and/or mocking someone by comparing them to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Which, as a subcontext also says that those people with actual mental disabilities are lesser people.

I'm suggesting a new rule/addition to rule 3g:
To forbid sound machines within 250 blocks of spawn.

By sound machine I don't mean like a little song on noteblocks, I mean thoses:

I'm suggesting a command for admins: /autopurge
How it would work is that while toggled, it would automatically kill any loaded entities.
It would be used for extreme situations, such as a crash chunk nobody seems to be able to get rid off because of a crash armor stand or item frame, for example.

The synthax would be the same as /purge.

Currently, the chat's color is white, and there is no means to change it without client-sided mods.

Minecraft has HEX color support for the chat, so I believe it could even be automatically picked up and applied.
