Is activity on the Skyblock server counted towards this?

In the recent event titled "MiniSMP", NotPetya has been found breaking several rules of the Server Conduct Policy, including (in no particular order):

Rule 1. e - "Framing any (ex)member of TotalFreedom."
Rule 2. c - "Repeated offenses from Category 3 (Minor Offense)."
Rule 3. c - "Being a nuisance to other players."

• Here, NotPetya (Which I will be shortening to just "Petya" from now on) starts getting rude, I have killed them with a wooden axe whilst they had a full iron set, which upsets them greatly.

• Following this, Petya gets their revenge and kill me in return, however, they are trying to get me sanctioned for no given reason.

• Directly following this event, people are wondering why Petya is suggesting to sanction me. To which I reply "I'm better at them at the game"

• After this the event goes well for a minute or two, before out of nowhere, unprompted, Petya goes back to the charge

• Under this I then warn them that if they do not stop, I will write this very player conduct report I am writing.

  Folfy_Blue > "Petya I'm this close to opening a player conduct report on you"
  Petya > "why everyone is annoying"

• After this, unprompted again, Petya adds another layer: "folfy why annoying", which also starts to irritate the other players such as Erin (known as shxhlk in-game)

  Erin > "NotPetya can you fuckin chill please you're getting on my nerves"

• At this point, Petya was running around hitting me with an item while PvP was off. I decided to run off, grab a lava bucket, and then kill them (as allowed by Lyicx)

  Petya > "What?"
  Petya tried to swim in lava
  Petya > "Fuck you Folfy"
  Petya > "Guys, I have a question. Is it possible for Folfy_Blue to not be annoying? I don't know, it seems kinda far fetched"

Context: PvP is now enabled, and people were starting to fight.

• At this point, Petya has attempted to kill me a few times and failed each and every time, they were now left with nothing to fight me against and I had therefore stopped fighting them as they had given up. However, as I ran towards them I hit them with my axe once. (Depending on the plugins on the server, you may even be able to prove this, which I hope it is possible) and Petya started yelling about killaura out of nowhere. Know that, I killed many people before this and they will all be able to tell you I did not use killaura (Such as kanst, Cole04, Antiboy..)

  Folfy > "bcs I walked by you lol"
  Petya > "Killaura???"
  Petya > "STOP"

• Now, it was obvious to me that Petya was trying to frame me there, as I was already about TWENTY FIVE blocks away from them as they sent out their "STOP" message, which led me to tell them that I will be writting a player conduct report, since framing other users is a rule 1 violation. I hope the server offers logs of when a player has hit another or of player positions to further prove this.

Bonus: A few things I didn't include, of Petya just generally being rude towards me:

• Petya spamming "fuck Folfy_Blue"
• Petya asking Lyicx to sanction me... again.

↩ @'Ryan' How about a playtime limit? Kind of a "You need X hours of playtime to unlock this feature". I doubt a ill-attentioned person would spend a day or two of game time just to unlock NBT pasting.

Otherwise, since the Master Builder has been recently deemed to be a "display of skills" they could be awarded that permission.

Or as a third option, we could set a upper limit for NBT, something like "x kb per block".

The last thing I could think of is applying for NBT paste. Having a hidden "rank" (kind of like how discord handles roles and permissions?) that grants you access to that and to which you can apply to by simply asking. Were you to abuse that, an admin will remove your extra worldedit permissions and sanction you.

I would suggest in this case renaming Spam & Drama to Off Topic, forbid spam inside it (Repeating the same content over and over and over and...) and make it follow other global forum rules such as power posting, but people could still post their memes about the server or whatever

↩  root Actually it's a case per case basis, some IP Addresses can be determined to be "Personal Information" in cases such as having a static IP which can be linked to identifiable information, such as a username, if that were the case, it would fall under EU's data protection law.

↩  root Their UI is very hard to navigate, and creating the port forwards isn't enough, you also have to create some network rules and security rules and firewall rules and whatever, just a very lenghty process to get what you want
