    2) Are you using the same forum & Minecraft account that you used when you were a staff member in the past? (Yes or No): Considering this is a new forum, no. I am still using the same Minecraft account. I am still using the same Discord account. (untuned#0001)
    3) What rank were you (Administrator, Senior Admin) and the approx dates you were a staff member: Telnet Admin, and I believe from July 2017 to sometime in 2019.
    4) Why were you removed from your staff position? Long term inactivity. I didn't really "leave" per-se, but I slowly stopped playing on the server as much over time as I was losing some interest in Minecraft as a game.

    6) If you are reinstated, how often will you be able to do staff duties? I can be on for a couple hours a week when I see players online. I work full time (night shift), so I won't be on during the most opportune times of the day.
    7) Have you reviewed the server rules and banning protocols to ensure you're up to speed on any changes that might have occurred since your return from inactivity? Yes I have.
    8) Do you have a family member that's been on the perm ban list within the past 60 days? No.
