Where people can't appeal is when they want to come back and don't like that they're banned. We issue punishments for breaking the rules and I don't see why you should be able to go "yeah I don't want to be punished any more so let's not"

main thing is that people cant create their own spells and upload them dirrectly they will have to be suggested to the server with the file or code so ryan or any other person with file accsess can load them in

magic would require a new page in suggestions as it allowes people to create custom magic creations using this page
