I think this is a good temporary solution, but I agree with Ivan that a page on our own website would give us more flexibility when we get around to redesigning it.

Erin is correct, the plugin author states that this is by design:
https://github.com/SBPrime/AsyncWorldEdit/issues/148We can toggle this using the physicsFreeze option in the config.

Before you were suspended, you stated that you were intentionally crossing the line to prove that admins get away with more than OPs. It's pretty clear to me that the fact that you didn't care about your admin rank contributed to that. However, that also means that this was not just a spontaneous misjudgement, which raises the question whether you would consider doing something like this again the next time you are bored.

↩ Windows You can read about it here:
https://www.troyhunt.com/ive-j…flareprivacyandkanonymity↩ Madea In that case, I think the password is not being changed, but rather becoming corrupted or uncheckable. Does your password contain special characters? Are you using a password manager to generate it?

Do you have evidence that the password is actually being changed, or do you just think that that is the case because you can suddenly no longer log in?

Doesn't accessing IPMI from the local machine defeat the point of IPMI? You can perform the same actions by simply executing a few shell commands, which would be a rather trivial Minecraft mod. IPMI is interesting because it works remotely and does not rely on the local machine being online.

I can see this being useful, but it should probably be limited to a specific entity type, for example /autopurge armorstand. Ideally, the effect would also be limited to chunks loaded by the admin executing the command.
↩ man The entity wiper runs every 30 seconds. This would strictly purge all entities so that you can be sure there are none as long as the toggle is enabled.

I was honestly expecting the vote to be much closer, considering I regularly see the people who voted "TotalFreedom" here add a space in between, even though it's technically more work to type. But I guess there is a correct and a wrong spelling after all.

↩ erin It is indeed meant to stop Columbus griefing, but if Folfy is noticing this while playing normally, perhaps the limit is currently too low. Automatically figuring out if a player is Columbus griefing is indeed a bit awkward, but we could for example alert online admins if a large amount of chunks is suddenly being loaded in a small amount of time.

Your indefinite ban was a self-requested one, which means you can request to be unbanned at any time. If you still want to be unbanned ingame, please send me a private message.

↩ @'Panther' If we are committed to keeping this server on 1.8 forever, we can look into manually fixing exploits that are specific to that version. ViaBackwards (with ViaRewind) seems somewhat awkward to me: if you block all versions except 1.8, what is the purpose of the server being newer, and if you don't, why wouldn't we just add it to Freedom-01 instead?

I suggest integrating this into the existing /togglediscord, so it would be /togglediscord <Discord username> for a specific person. Toggling it for everyone can then either be /togglediscord all or /togglediscord without arguments.

↩ @'Ryan' This is controlled via the moved-too-quickly-multiplier setting in spigot.yml.
-
↩ simplynick It is relevant for branding. It comes across as messy if you can't even keep the spelling of your name consistent.
-
This is a really small thing, but I think it's interesting to see what people think: should the name of our community be spelled "TotalFreedom" or "Total Freedom"? We have never really been consistent with this, so you can find both spellings all over the place.

Although I believe that OPs should have access to everything that does not really need to be blocked, the punishment list is definitely an edge case. Linking your account to the website is possible, but a hassle to implement properly.
