Describe the bug or exploit: When /ii potion is run, it states that you first put the effect level and then the time in ticks, but in the command that has been swapped around, making you have to first put the time and then the effect level.

Plugin(s) impacted: Itemizer

Expected behaviour (if known): Potion level and effect length have been swapped.

Step to reproduce: Run /ii potion <effect> 100 20 with water bottle in hand.

   I think I should be unbanned because, I have done a mass amount of measures to make sure that my account is back and have changed the password several times.

Often servers with low to no players, don't get player spikes, but sometimes they do get a few players wich will attract more people to start playing on it.
And due to the messages in chat (Example: "Check out our Minecraft Server! IP:play.totalfreedom.me"), they might be encouraged to visit the Minecraft Server too.

Describe the bug or exploit: If you try to place a tripwire hook in specified area it removes the item from your inventory and doesnt allow you to place it + it does not give any error message.
Plugin(s) impacted: Unknown.
Expected behaviour (if known): Removes "tripwire_hook" from inventory and doesn't allow you to place it.
Step to reproduce: Place "tripwire_hook" in specified area by hand.
Which server did you find the bug (Freedom-01 or Freedom-02)?: Freedom-01.
Can the bug or exploit be reproduced on another server within the network?: Unknown.
