    Vouch.

You're doing great at your current responsibilities, and while a more soft start when solving issues is usually good (as Red pointed out), it's good to have softer mods and harsher ones to balance things.

    Vouch.

I'll admit the first time you reinstated as senior admin I had concerns similar to @'FT ' , however you've shown you're actually good at handling your responsibilities.

    1. What is your full discord name (Ex: DiscordUser#1234)
    Tizz#3581

    2. What is your Minecraft IGN? (Ex: Wild1145)
    Tizz91

    3. What is your timezone?
    GMT+1

    4. Do you have any previous experience in discord moderation or administration?
I have my personal guild with friends and had been staff in a couple others. It's not much but I know how to use Discord's administration and moderation tools.

    5. Why should you be picked over others? (Describe in 50 words or more)
I have experience in moderating the community as freeOP admin and hub moderator. In the relatively short time I’ve been here, I've made myself known as a mature and rational person. I have no problem dealing with stressful situation and, in case of conflicts, de-escalation is my priority. I’m a quick learner when put in a new environment.

    6. Describe in 50 words or less how you would be the ideal candidate for this position.
I like to be helpful where I can. I report rule-breakers and message with Discord staff members when I see situations that may require attention. I generally maintain a neutral position in the community’s controversies, however I’m not afraid of speaking my mind when necessary.

    7. How much time in the average week can you dedicate to moderation activities on the guild?
I'm usually available in the evenings. I'm more flexible in the weekends, if people ping or message me chances I can hop in are high.

    8. Have you read and also understood our current discord rules? (Yes or No)
    Yes

    9. Have you read and understood Discord’s Guidelines & TOS? (Yes or No)
    Yes

    10. Have you read the note(s) below? (Yes or No)
    Yes

"Big" events are worth it if there is a big enough number of participants, which hasn't been the case in recent times.

I'd push for minigames. Less work setting them up, break the boredom in freedom-01, some don't even need the event server to be prepared and constantly checked by the few people who have access to it.

And don't foget to give incentives. Until last summer, coin prizes made me participate even when I wasn't really interested. See what you can give players to attract them.

This reminds me of when I processed tons of audit logs for work. Windows logs are the worst as they include the event description for each entry, bloating the log files. It took so long to process Windows machines that I had to learn screen so that I could work on other terminals in the meantime.

@'Ryan' The Poll linked above shows Dragon accepted that the consensus was that MB should stay a title, and I'd add that the ECD build team should still exist, but it's optional for MBs to opt-in.

Problem is, I see no recent changes to MB information thread to reflect that decision.

    EDIT: added link

Ivan The problem is that Panther made it public by complaining and exposing his action in TF's server chat while jwmphall dowplayed the severity of breaking rules. His reputation as an admin has been damaged and, I believe, if no actions were taken, the whole team's reputation could have been in jeopardy.

Should they have tried resolving the question in private before using the community as a popular jury? I think so.

This is a temporary ban, right? So no vote is planned, just a verdict from the admin who issued the ban or whoever takes their place. And the assistant admin officer has already expressed her opinion.
