    I went sort of balls out with the post cause i was on some shit but heres the TL:DR

    if you didn't need this TL;DR in the first place, then i'd say you've got the right sort of attention span i am quite hot for with this position and you should consider throwing your hat in. i've just had quite a few ask me questions about it is all. probably because i wasn't the most coherant lmao

    Hard Requirements:

    • 180+ Day old Forum Account
    • Have a Profile Picture

    Softer-But-Nice Requirements:

    Shit that is nice to have but wont completely void your chances if you don't meet them

    • Discord Account (In the TF discord aswell would be extra nice)
    • Active Member of TF, Especially on the forum
    • You don't hold many positions (i dont care too much, i'm just looking to favour more people who don't have much of a place here at the moment)

    I'm also looking for atleast 1 applicant per timezone but if i don't have any or many in oceanic/asia timezones ill take on another yank, no bother. europe shit is airtight anyway.

    I IDEALLY want to hear of prior experience and your timezone. you can fill it up with personal qualities or whatnot to better sell yourself.

    i've chosen not to provide any sort of template to prompt a bit more thought into how you'll go around convincing me and my plus 2's that you'd be a worthy candidate to pick. maybe you've got something better to sell me on than what i've provided as a suggestion or maybe you've got no prior experience and cant fill that section in but you're still looking to try make me gague interest in you. give me shit worth reading that isn't purely to check the box thats given to you. show me you're interested in more than just having another title to flush around.

    I'm looking for 1 applicant per timezone, covering the states, the europes and maybe asia? if not another in the states since europe is airtight anyhow and given im a huge no life with a spiraling pattern my own coverage can vary

    now this is a loose one, i dont care TOO much but preferbly i'd like to try bring people in who don't have much additional responsibilities outside of moderating the minecraft server if thats something you even do. i aint making lyicx and video juniors here but then again if you do have a bit more than freedom admin then you'll probably be heavily considered anyway since again, i dont care since you'll probably do just as well but its a nice thing to have more than the same people involved if you get what i mean

    Ideally you are also an active member, especially on the forums (telesphoreo has this in the bag, fuckin wordle sweat i hate that thread so fucking much). i wont consider those who are grossly inactive and coming out the shadows for this shit
