The following is the structure that we recommend using when it comes to requesting a new game-mode be added or developed for the TF network. This structure helps both us as community leaders to understand what exactly it is that you're asking for, as well as fellow community members to understand what game-mode they could be playing if it went forward.

I'm going to deny this, between the platforms we have currently I think it does a good job, the new forums here have conversations which are pretty close to IMs from experience when it comes to delivery speed so I think for the time being there isn't the demand there to justify the time and effort this would take.

If a specific platform comes up in the future that offers something substantial (Like Discord did back a few years ago when I stood up the original TF one) then we can re-visit on a specific platform discussion, but for this general suggestion, I'm going to decline.

I think as a permanent addition to the network, it's clear this is not viable long term. There are examples of good long living SMP's (DarthCraft back in the day comes to mind) but I don't think this community as it stands is going to gravitate towards that.

With that said, I am open to running SMP "Events" a bit like what I did with the Anarchy server and having longer slightly more polished game-modes running for a set number of weeks. It's something I plan to re-visit in the near future especially with us being in the summer months now and there tending to be a bit of an increase in players historically on the network towards the end of the year.

Denied, much like the rust suggestion there's no real community support and this doesn't really align with the direction TF is going in at the moment.

So I'm not going to change the current rules as it stands, however, will say that as long as you follow the community guidelines and as long as it's understood that the majority of our staff are English speakers and so is the primary language of the server that's fine. I certainly don't want to encourage being rude to non-English speakers nor do I want them to be punished simply for not speaking English.

At the current time I don't think this is something I want to really prioritise, though if people would like to make TF content please do share it on our media board here and in Discord!

Basically no, folks should be using /msg and the essentials one will be disabled if it isn't already.

Also this suggestion was done, we've shortened and rationalised it down. If people would like further changes please raise new specific threads.

Happy to approve changing from DiscordSRV To EssentialsXDiscord where it's used. From what I can see the following servers will need to be changed over

• Hub-03 ( wild1145 to do - https://totalfreedom.atlassian.net/browse/HUB-8 raised so I don't forget )
• Skyblock ( Hooke_ to do )

Freedom-01 will continue (For the time being and out of scope of this suggestion) remain using it's own Discord bridge solution.

New Servers bought into the network will also use EssentilsXDiscord

So I should point out that this is not official nor endorsed by TF and should be treated as a totally external community that I've most certainly not blessed or encouraged. With that in mind, I would ask that you not refer to it as "TF Events" because it has nothing to do with TF as far as I am concerned & aware.

The notice in question has now been replaced with one that can be dismissed with a different message so closing as approved.

It's good to have feedback. It is nice to know people both are using the forums enough to notice some temporary odd stuff but also care enough. More than happy for feedback always 👍

I am unsure when I was banned since I was offline, but I was playing yesterday night so sometime between last night and today. The person who banned me was Lyicx.

When I try to join the Freedom Server, it says I have been banned for griefing. The most I have ever done was spamming some blocks on an end island and removing them. I never went out of my way to destroy a build.

I have read through the community guidelines, and I have agreed to everything stated and have followed them on my time in the server

As you might know back in 2019, I got perm banned for bypassing bans once. Then I started trolling for revenge.

For whatever reason, I thought that by trolling the server I would somehow regain its trust. Luckily that's ancient history

and I've been forgiven ever since. Some months ago I wanted to re-enact those times in an ironic way, so I started doing little trollings, then I griefed some

city thing and spammed some stuff in chat about destroying totalfreedom or something, basically imitating some silly tantrum

I would've had back then. But I didn't mean anything by it. (Sorry to whoever built that city by the way, in retrospect I shouldn't have destroyed it just for a stupid prank). So that's all.
