So this is already covered under rule 1 of the Community Guidelines. Anyone found to be doing this sort of stuff in the future may be subject to further sanctions.
Closing as approved given it's already a thing for the community.

TFGuilds has been removed, and while I'm sure something functionally similar will re-appear in the future, for the time being factions is also not the answer.
Denied.
I'll bump this for further feedback.
I think in reality the only thing we have any desire to track is the fact it is a bot, and who "owns" the bot if there are issues. I'm not really sure I want to strictly police this sort of thing unless it starts to become problematic not to.
So bots are allowed, as long as they're not spammy / causing other issues with the server or network as a whole. If they turn out to be problematic in the future further restrictions might get put in place on what we allow but for the time being I don't really think it's a major issue and hasn't been since the thread was made, so happy to approve this given bots are already allowed.
Bumping for further feedback.
I'm going to deny this, I think the community guidelines give clear enough rules on what is / not allowed, and ultimately empowers our staff to make decisions on if content needs to be removed or if it's acceptable as-is.
Bumping for further feedback.
Closed as denied due to it being patched upstream in scissors and not being something we now need to handle.
Does anyone know if this is a bug / feature request, and what limits these?
Also bumping for further feedback.

As stated above, is this any different to https://totalfreedom.atlassian.net/browse/FS-398 ?

The indef ban process has changed so this is no longer really relevant.
As per my previous response, for the time being executives will remain exempt from the activity checks, and assistant executives will need to make their case to the server owner and EAO as to why they couldn't be more active and evidence they were spending sufficient time on non in game activities.
In the future when the server functions better with executives not also being an admin I will change this appropriately.
Subject to it actually being fixed in a later version of MC, I've raised https://totalfreedom.atlassian.net/browse/FS-456 for it to be re-checked and un-blocked.
If one of the Developers wants to test it on the current version (1.17.x) and with the Scissors build and confirms it's already patched then I'm happy for it to be un-blocked earlier.
Re-Approved in that case under https://totalfreedom.atlassian.net/browse/FS-455
I am going to approve this, with the understanding that we now have a ban manager and that for the time being it's going to be a manual process to handle this until appropriate changes are made to TFM to support this properly.
https://totalfreedom.atlassian.net/browse/FS-454 has been raised to update TFM to properly support this.
In terms of guidance, I'd appreciate the communities input in ban lengths they feel is appropriate.
All current indef bans which are not self requests and are not unappealable bans remain as they are, likewise any indef bans which have minimum appeal lengths greater than 6 months from today will expire on the minimum appeal date.
