It's the most effective way to open things up and then work through locking specific threads back out of view and making sure the permissions as a whole are setup properly. Nobody should be regularly visiting proboards anyway now so I'm not sure what the big deal is?
The process to properly archive the proboards forum hasn't started as I've been busy with other things.
The reason it is in maintenance mode is because the aim is to make as much publicly accessible as possible including places like the admin only boards. But that takes time to read through threads and work out what still needs to be locked down and what doesn't.
@Panther#6492 As I said to Nick in the admin lounge, this is based off of what I've seen, the context that they should be representing the server, and historic issues as well. As I said my decision is final on the matter, if Darth really feels Nick needs to be put back into place as an AESL he can pick that battle with me privately, but otherwise the decision stands as is.
@neo#6489 The role removal was separate to that of the suspension, and my position on the matter has not changed.
Due to admin mis-conduct and for behaviour that does not follow the values of this server, much less that expected from an assistant executive, Nick has been removed from his assistant executive position. He will not be permitted to take on any other executive related roles for a minimum of 3 months.
The EAO team can make a decision on any further punishments that may be appropriate.
This is relating to a number of conversations between the individual and an OP on Discord, which is ultimately inappropriate.

Not a bug, fully intentional. The essentials economy is a free-for-all on the FreeOP Servers, always has been and probably always will be.

For future application info - I've updated the questions and going forward Discord is going to be a requirement for developer status.
@Xen#6357 At the moment the work to move forum is a relatively low priority compared to other stuff that's going on. We've not made any further progress in actually looking at getting something stood up and how we would migrate data to it.
So just looked, FS-43 was raised for this and has not yet been started.
I'm going to move this out to the developers space, because I'm still not convinced if this is a bug or feature change.
Further thoughts would be appreciated.
FS-113 raised to investigate.
FS-93 was previously raised on the bug around players having to re-log to get WorldEdit to work.
Think all the bugs raised have been dealt with either on this thread or in other threads before.
FS-41 is currently one of the highest priority bugs on the board which is to look at some of the server hangs and work out why it's happening. It's certainly being looked into.
FS-112 raised to fix this.
FS-111 raised for ItemizerX, FS-72 already raised for OpenInv
So it looks like this was actually a number of DDoS Attacks we were getting at the time.
Is anyone able to confirm if they're still seeing this behaviour or if things have improved?
