As some of you guys may know, I ran a server called IndicaSMP. Unfortunately, as of yet, it has not became successful. I am looking to reboot the server, and thus I am looking to field a management team. Of course, there is no quota I am looking to meet as I am looking for quality over quantity.

Although yes, I am not the most active admin on the server or the forums by any means I happened to stumble upon this thread and figured I'd leave my two sense as an experienced admin.
I agree with Ivan, when I became an admin I was not exactly the greatest, and I can understand that. It is a different time now and being a TotalFreedom admin requires a little more responsibility and competence. I mean this with zero disrespect, but try engaging with other players on the forums and being a good OP on the server. I usually can tell whether or not I want to recommend an OP because they do not ask for the recommendation in the first place. Posts like these are fine, but on the server is different. Reaching out to an admin that happens to be in your timezone and can really vouch for you is your best bet. Don't be pesky, just reach out and tell them you are looking for recommendations and that you thought they'd be a good person to ask. If they believe you deserve it, they will give it to you so do not be discouraged if the first person you message doesn't recommend you. Being pesky and trying to "fit the role" is not the route to go. Be yourself, make reports, and let the admins recognize potential. I definitely suggest more posts on the forums though. It's hard to recommend someone to be an admin when they have little to no presence on the forum.

As much as I’ve been dreading making this post, I unfortunately can no longer sustain any bit of activity on the server. Between work, school, and track, it’s pretty much impossible for me to make time for TotalFreedom. I appreciate everyone in this community and I’m sure I’ll be back or check in every so often. Of course, I have discord on my phone so I’ll probably pop into the discord every so often. Anyways, thanks guys it’s been fun.
Despite the negativity on this thread I have only seen positive things from you and I think you’d make a deserving senior admin. Confirm and vouch.
Can definitely say I vouch for Nick. Not only have I seen immense growth from him, I think he has become a great help around TF. Would be proud to see you become a senior.

I went inactive because some pretty crazy stuff was going on in my life back then. A few people here probably know about that. I did leave a notice though.
