It's unreasonable of myself to try and force you to not use those words outside of TF, however if you use them in relation to TF while being an assistant exec (and potential forum mod) it seems very unlikely you didn't realise the implications

This is an assistant executive? Absolutely disgusting. I had a convo w him earlier regarding this and he just acted like he said it to do business - "he wanted to appeal to the community".

He also only replaced the word to be "politically correct", and through no remorse of own. Terrible representation of TF as a whole.

my main worry is that, forgetting the bigotry (because it was a while ago and I trust you've learnt your lesson), as an admin you mainly showed up, went afk for a few hours, then logged off again. following that, I do distinctly remember there being multiple objections on your application, but Robin approved it anyway given we 'needed more admins' (which i reckon is bullshit) and thus I think you should give it a little more time than you may have planned in between this thread and your actually reinstatement to prove to the other members of the community that you deserve this position. I'd personally give it a few months, but it's your call. Good luck

While I thank users like @chargenation1158 and man for trying to help, just note Fionn and Elmon established it wasn't me threatening to say the n word more I said a word that looked similar as well as my overall attitude.

Honestly Fionn has already noted he's keeping watch so I'd rather just lock this thread and move on, I don't see any benefit in continuing the discussion

i do think this has derailed. im not honestly bothered about what happened and why elmon did something or not (i should clarify he did and i was just mistaken) and id rather the thread goes back on track

Because I expect to he treated the same as everyone else. Having a poor attitude isn't against the rules nor should I be held to any higher standard for it. Someone literally posted shit on the forum, and based on their attitude they don't care either yet they only got a 2 weeks suspension. There's no way it was about my attitude. If you wanted to ensure my attitude changed you could've warned me beforehand. You know, 'Luke, you need to stop doing this before you get removed'. Quite frankly I'd have preferred to just been suspended for 3 months or whatever because what I did didn't warrant an indefinite suspension and it seems to me I only got the indefinite sentence out of spite because I said you couldn't

It should be made clear that I was joking. I said 'what are you gonna do, suspend me?' as a joke in it's entirety. I also said this to James. It makes me think the indefinite suspension wasn't actually about my 'attitude', it was entirely out of spite because I said they couldn't.

@fionn#11684 I don't understand what you mean. My attitude didn't change before the suspension. No, of course it didn't, that's why I was suspended. But I then decided to take 2 months away to decide what I wanted to do going further and I decided I needed to change my outlook on things if I ever wanted to return, and I did. I can't go back and change my attitude then but I can going forward. I'm not asking you to instantly unsuspend me; I'm saying take the next few months before May 1st to review whether or not I should be unsuspended.

How about this: set May 1st as a deadline but, should you feel I need more time as a normal user, extend it further, even if you have no proper reasoning. I'd have no objections to that

@fionn#11681 As I said, my attitude since then has changed and I don't plan on immediately reinstating. Once I do, I will take being admin and having to reapply for SrA.
