Shdwo However, going off of red's reply I think it's safe to assume that you haven't changed.

bro you're literally both discord and server banned and you're making a judgement about someone's mental health and situation based on something your friend said. Furthermore how are you actually going to see proof...?

RedEastWood I think that using the discord platform as a primary source to explain frustrations in detail, and to do so almost every single day, impaired their performance as an admin.

How does what they say on Discord in regards to their life impact their performance as admin..? Furthermore, isn't the fact they are capable of stepping back when they know their health is bad a testament to the fact that they are, in fact, capable of actually administrating properly and making the correct judgement?

MiasmusAlt Because you have so little control over your emotions that you are giving private details to people on a block game server?

How does that show lack of control..?

Furthermore (not aimed at anyone in particular), why are we of the mentality that venting in chat = bad? Using terms like "you haven't changed" and whatever makes it seem like it is a bad thing that should be fixed before becoming admin..

Shdwo i'll object for the reason of 'i dont like this user, they annoyed me one time on december 6th 2020.' , i'll also get my pal to do that too. yeah, sure, we have 20 people saying 'yes' but 2 people said no so like

i'd agree with you if there was any clear reason what is/isnt a valid vote but as it stands thats a pretty poor way to do things

this thread is exactly the problem with tf, jesus christ, put an ounce of thought into the fact that the rules are and have always been up to the owner's interpretation, even if you disagree it's his call, making threads accusing him of making "tf less free" is the exact problem we have because it wasn't needed

but no you gotta make a selfish ass thread with the intent to cause drama by calling out ryan

from my POV, regardless of who is owner and regardless of the executive team, TF is currently fucked.

Let's imagine for a moment that Panther did something. That something being introducing a new gamemode or something because the Freedom aspect of TF is legit the most uninteresting thing since An Inspector Calls. What would happen on the thread?

    You're killing the server
    You're incompetent
You need to do x and not y

And you know what would happen? Nothing. Back to square one. Nobody would make any meaningful suggestion to change what had happened, nobody would make any attempt to salvage what the thread was suggesting to implement. Two days later we would get a thread by someone who said the above trying to say "We need action. Panther isn't doing anything."

And then we'd get into a state of "oh wow TF is dying we need someone who knows what they're doing" and the blame then falls on Ryan. Why? Because he's a scapegoat cuz nobody here wants to admit that they're wrong. About Minecraft.

Yall, we have something you won't find in many other places, and that's a sense of community. It's so unique that I can't even begin to describe what I mean. We are squandering this by infighting and the inability to actually do anything because no matter what, we throw bullshit at the owner, executives and anyone else who dares disagree with what we're saying.

that isn't to say the community is the whole source of the decline, there are numerous things to "blame"

However, I'm not even going to bother going into detail about these things. You know why? Nothing will change. Nothing is going to get fixed, this thread is gonna fall somewhere obscure, and TF is gonna die. I can guarantee this because its happened before.

if you need any assistance with anyone being general cunts within the admin team (caleb) lmk and I'll destroy them

ask ashaz if you don't believe me

no but seriously if you need help I'm more than willing to lend a hand
