We have received numerous reports from various different individuals surrounding abuse of power (staff conduct policy 3c), bigotry towards others' political perspectives (3f) and failing on multiple occasions to heed admin warnings (3h). The most recent incident was when helium kept calling fssp gay and made an entire build about it with the intent of trolling/making fssp uncomfortable.

How long did you suspend them for?
Just one week.

Did you notify the admin that you removed them and why you did?

listen we all have moments where we lose our temper and red has shown no signs of doing that since. This was June 2021; we are in Jan 2022. I'm actually neutral.

Not because I think you'll behave badly, and not because I think anything remotely negative but it's just more.. I'm worried you'll struggle to handle TF given how intense the server can potentially be, especially for someone who struggles with mental health disorders

If you're fine with going forward I'll vouch. I'm just a bit concerned at the moment.
