not only did he leak chats as a joke in previous times he gave himself console access as a ‘joke’. he also knew exactly what he was doing given he trolled us with the idea of a ‘revelation’

↩  enchy every method has its strength or weakness. the point i’m making here (after studying sociology for 2 years) is that using both statistics and anecdotal methods are sufficient at observing why some things happen. One method is stronger in one area, and the other is stronger in another.

TL;DR here is that overturning Moore v Harper would mean the SCOTUS would give legislators power to decide the outcome of any particular election and could potentially ignore votes if given justification. keep in mind i am a brit so i’m not 100% on America’s system but this is what the article (and others) have been saying.
