I expect admins to have the common sense to only apply this if someone is clearly attempting to troll by flooding your command spy or if it is genuinely getting to the point where you can't effectively read command spy (and not punish players if they weren't intentionally trying to flood your cmdspy, just tell them to stop...)

Why don't we reintroduce the system in the proboards forum where forum staff manually approved member registration?
